I found True North VIP through Google while searching for transportation for a group of eight traveling from downtown Manhattan to Summit, NJ for an early morning business meeting. Initially, I thought we would need a Sprinter van, but Mani took the time to walk me through the options and explained that two SUVs would actually be a more comfortable and cost-effective solution. His honesty and expertise immediately stood out. Because of that experience, I ended up using True North VIP for several additional rides throughout our trip, including airport transfers for one of my executive leaders. We did experience a mix-up with flight information upon arrival, but what impressed me most was how Mani handled it. He was incredibly apologetic, took full accountability, issued a refund without hesitation, and personally ensured that every remaining reservation was executed flawlessly. Mistakes can happen with any company—it's how they're handled that matters, and Mani exceeded expectations. The true test came when my executive called me in a panic after realizing she had left her work phone in one of the vehicles while already on the way to the airport in another car service. Mani immediately jumped into action and coordinated with his driver to meet her at the airport within minutes, allowing her to retrieve the phone before her flight. It was an impressive display of customer service, professionalism, and teamwork. Mani and his drivers consistently went above and beyond throughout the entire experience. Their communication, responsiveness, and commitment to customer care were exceptional. I will absolutely use True North VIP again for future transportation needs in the New York area and highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, professional service.
