I found True North VIP through Google while searching for transportation for a group of eight traveling from downtown Manhattan to Summit, NJ for an early morning business meeting. Initially, I thought we would need a Sprinter van, but Mani took the time to walk me through the options and explained that two SUVs would actually be a more comfortable and cost-effective solution. His honesty and expertise immediately stood out. Because of that experience, I ended up using True North VIP for several additional rides throughout our trip, including airport transfers for one of my executive leaders. We did experience a mix-up with flight information upon arrival, but what impressed me most was how Mani handled it. He was incredibly apologetic, took full accountability, issued a refund without hesitation, and personally ensured that every remaining reservation was executed flawlessly. Mistakes can happen with any company—it's how they're handled that matters, and Mani exceeded expectations. The true test came when my executive called me in a panic after realizing she had left her work phone in one of the vehicles while already on the way to the airport in another car service. Mani immediately jumped into action and coordinated with his driver to meet her at the airport within minutes, allowing her to retrieve the phone before her flight. It was an impressive display of customer service, professionalism, and teamwork. Mani and his drivers consistently went above and beyond throughout the entire experience. Their communication, responsiveness, and commitment to customer care were exceptional. And they agreed to take us on a personal tour through Brooklyn with whatever stops we wanted it was the most amazing day visiting, not only tourist spots and taking photos, but also walking down memory lane seeing old stomping grounds from my childhood years. Mani was patient took us everywhere. We wanted to go and even stopped at nice places and took family photos of us in Dumbo, skyline photos etc. we would recommend this car service to anyone who wants to add safety and comfort to their experience.

How much does a car service from JFK cost?+
JFK to Times Square in an Executive Sedan is $205 in an October 2026 example from our booking engine. Prices are distance-based and all-in: taxes, tolls and fees are included and gratuity is optional. Your exact price for your addresses, date and vehicle is shown before you book.
Can I book a chauffeur by the hour?+
Yes. Hourly service has a 3-hour minimum: Executive Sedan $120 an hour, Executive SUV $144, Luxury SUV $165 and Luxury Sedan $200. A 3-hour Executive SUV booking is at least $432.
Which vehicles can I book?+
Executive Sedan for up to 2 passengers, Luxury Sedan for up to 3, Executive SUV and Luxury SUV for up to 6, Jet Sprinter for up to 10 and Executive Sprinter for up to 13. Sprinters, mini coaches and coaches are quoted on request. We do not offer stretch limousines or party buses.
Where does my chauffeur meet me at the airport?+
Add meet and greet for $25 and your chauffeur waits inside the terminal with a name sign and helps with luggage. Without it, pickup is where the airport sends car services: at JFK Terminals 5 and 7 you take the free AirTrain to the Howard Beach car service lot; at LaGuardia, Terminal B pickups are on Level 2 of the Terminal B parking garage and Terminal C pickups are in the arrivals inner lane; at Newark Terminal C, your chauffeur meets you at the arrivals curb or in the Terminal C Garage, Level 3.
How long will my chauffeur wait?+
Every regular pickup has a 15-minute grace period, after which waiting time applies; airport arrivals have a 60-minute wait time after a domestic landing and a 90-minute wait time after an international landing, for every vehicle class. We track your flight, so the waiting time starts from your actual landing.
Do you provide child seats?+
Yes. Infant, convertible and booster seats are $25 each in SUVs and Sprinters, never in sedans: up to 2 per direction in an SUV, more in a Sprinter, and in mini coaches and coaches after we discuss the trip.
How do I book and pay?+
