Not legal advice. These Terms govern your access to and use of truenorthvip.com (the “Site”) and any chauffeured transportation services coordinated by True North VIP (“True North VIP,” “we,” “us,” “our”). By using the Site or booking a ride, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

We coordinate premium, concierge-level chauffeured transportation. In certain jurisdictions, rides may be fulfilled by licensed partner bases and professional chauffeurs. Availability, vehicle types, and pricing may vary by route, time, and demand.

2. Quotes, Pricing & Payment

• Quotes are estimates based on details you provide (pickup, dropoff, date/time, vehicle, stops). Final charges may reflect wait time, extra stops, tolls, parking, or excessive cleaning fees where applicable.
• When online payments are enabled, they are processed by third-party payment processors (we do not store full card numbers on our servers).
• Taxes, surcharges, and gratuities may apply depending on route and local requirements.

3. Cancellations & No-Shows

• Standard cancellations must be made within the time stated in your confirmation (e.g., 12–24 hours before pickup) to avoid fees. Certain high-demand events, airport meet & greet, or specialty vehicles may have stricter policies.
• No-shows (including inability to contact the passenger at pickup after reasonable efforts) may be charged the full fare plus incurred costs.

4. Passenger Conduct & Safety

• Seat belts must be worn where required by law. No smoking or vaping in vehicles. Service animals are permitted; pets may require carriers.
• We may refuse or terminate service for unsafe, illegal, or abusive behavior without refund.

5. Site Use

• You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt to disrupt its operation, or access it using automated means except as allowed by our robots.txt.
• Content on the Site (text, logos, design) is owned by True North VIP or our licensors and protected by applicable IP laws.

6. Privacy

Your use of the Site is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use personal information.

7. Disclaimers

The Site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee availability, uninterrupted operation, or error-free content.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, True North VIP and its partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or services, even if advised of the possibility. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amounts paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Effective” date above reflects the latest version. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
