How do you handle large group arrivals at airports?

We assign a dedicated airport coordinator to meet your group in the arrivals hall with branded signage. They group passengers, manage luggage, and direct them to waiting vehicles (Sprinters or Mini-Coaches), ensuring no one is left behind.

Can you provide on-site dispatchers for our event?

Yes. For events with 50+ attendees or complex shuttle loops, we highly recommend an on-site coordinator. They manage vehicle staging, communicate with drivers, and act as a single point of contact for your event planner.

Do you offer manifest management?

Absolutely. Send us your attendee list (Excel/CSV), and our events team will group passengers, assign vehicles, and determine pickup times. We provide a finalized manifest with driver details 24 hours before the event.

What vehicles are available for shuttles?

Our fleet includes 14-passenger Executive Sprinters, 24-38 passenger Mini-Coaches, and 56-passenger Motorcoaches. All are late-model, black-on-black vehicles suitable for corporate branding.

Can we brand the vehicles?

Yes, we can arrange for magnetic signage or window decals on our shuttle vehicles to feature your company logo or event branding. Please discuss this with our events team at least 2 weeks in advance.
