My Heathrow flight got delayed 3 hours (typical British Airways 🙄) and I completely forgot to call them. Get off the plane at JFK and there's a text: "We see your flight is delayed, your driver will be there at 11:45pm instead." Like... they were tracking it automatically?? I've used Uber Black, Blacklane, all of them. This is the only service that actually feels like they care about getting you home.

We book their hourly service for roadshow days (investor meetings, client visits etc). Did a full day last month - 8am pickup, 6 stops between Manhattan and Westchester, driver named Carlos was a legend. Knew every back route, had the car stocked with charging cables and even remembered my coffee order from the morning. Ended up being like $850 for 10 hours which honestly is fair when you factor in the stress it saves.

Our whole exec team uses them - I literally have their number saved as "Car - ALWAYS USE". Sometimes we book with 30 min notice (startup life 🤷‍♂️) and they still come through. Had a 6am pickup to EWR last Tuesday, driver Michael was there at 5:50am. Also they do Connecticut runs which most services won't touch. Stamford meetings are so much easier now.

Use them weekly for LGA runs but last month we booked them for my daughter's wedding - wanted something special and they hooked us up with a vintage Rolls Royce that was STUNNING. My daughter cried (good tears lol). Same dispatcher (Jenny) handled both the wedding and my airport stuff. It's rare to find a company that can do both high-end events AND reliable daily transportation. Price was competitive too - got quotes from 3 other places and they were in the middle.

Needed a Sprinter van for team offsite (8 people to a conference in Princeton). Called them same day and they made it happen. Van was CLEAN, driver Dave was professional, had aux cable for music. We've also used their sedans for individual airport runs. Honestly the fact they have both luxury sedans and passenger vans is clutch - one vendor for everything. Invoicing is clean too which our finance team loves.
